What would a calendar look like, that literally shows how time goes by…?

My idea was to use simple tools like a felt marker (for a black poster) or an eraser (for a white poster) to ‘eliminate’ days as the year progresses. At the end of the year there is an empty poster – or one that only shows the months passed.
